40 years of SLIME - through all hells and depths!

This describes probably best what one of the most successful and influential punk bands of Germany can say about itself after 40 years of stage and street fighting. SLIME are back! And they are needed... In these dark times probably more urgently than ever before.

To have 40 years of existence doesn't only mean to call for perseverance... 40 years is a band anniversary which can also be celebrated! And the band will do that extensively. Beside their upcoming tour "40 years Slime - Durch alle Höllen und Tiefen!" the band will present their fans a very special item in form of a limited 12". The 12" with the title "Die Toten wollen wieder allein sein" (The dead want to be alone again) is limited to 1,500 copies only and will contain a brand new song as well as the "Slime On 45" medley! The B-Side comes with a very nice silkscreen print. Nostalgia meets modern times!

Even after 40 years, SLIME with their direct messages still hit the zeitgeist between the eyes. The fact that they are still one of the most musically explosive punk bands in Germany today underlines their concern in a congenial way. Because one thing is for certain: someone has to do the job.
